Hello all! So my update for this week: I’ve been trying to incorporate more fruit and veg into my breakfasts – so far I’ve been doing ok- I missed 2 breakfasts out of 7, but coming from somebody who wouldn’t eat a breakfast on the daily – I still consider that an improvement. 😀 I will keep working on it in week 3.
Drinking water has been steady and so has been reading my self development book every morning.
For the upcoming week I will be doing 5 min of meditation in the morning and a 15 min at home workout every morning. I am using the calm app for meditation and YouTube workouts at the moment.
So far implementing changes in a smaller scale has been helpful and I hope will help keep me on track to making these regular habits 😁
